Please note! A security deposit of 150 euros (see accommodation ‘house rules’) will be required on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage is found in the accommodation. - Availability of the agency: from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm every day of the week and on Saturday mornings. Check-in on the day of arrival from 6pm and check-out on the morning of departure between 9am and 10am. Luggage storage service available for late arrivals and departures. - Please note that overtime is possible (outside the opening hours of the above agency, which is responsible for handing over the keys), but there is a charge of 10 euros per hour of overtime, up to a maximum of 50 euros, for Sundays and public holidays. Bus transfer available from Alicante airport (approx. 15 euro return included, per person - tickets to be purchased locally). In Torrevieja, you can hire bikes or scooters for your walks and/or to explore the routes through the La Mata and Salinas Protected Park (and its pink lagoon). - Taxes and accommodation costs are 20 per cent of the total rental amount and are payable on site. - Payment possible by VISA card (+2 per cent for bank charges)
