The Palmerasol agency offers to its customers a 24/7 service allowing check-in/out outside of the agency’s hours. This extra chargeable service is billed: 10 euros per hour exceeded, 50 euros for Sunday and 80 euros for times between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m.
Luggage storage
In order for Palmerasol customers to get the most out of their vacation, the agency has a luggage storage service, allowing its customers to drop off their luggage at the agency before or after check-in/out.
Concierge Service
So that customers have no problems during their stays, Palmerasol has a concierge service for any problems concerning their apartments: small repairs, repairs, loan of equipment, etc.
Cleaning
In order not to waste vacation time with the cleaning, Palmerasol offers its customers cleaning helpers allowing them to enjoy their last moments at the beach at a cost of 12 euros per hour.
Rental of a parking space
In order not to waste time looking for a parking space, the agency offers to rent a box or a parking space near the client’s apartment.
Airport / rental transfer
The agency transfer and returns customers from the airport to their rental for 50 euros, including 3 people and 3 pieces of luggage, avoiding public transport or a taxi.
Tourist advices
The agency will then respond to the client’s needs by providing advice on tourism, catering and local leisure activities.
